The first half of this special Father’s Day concert will feature Bob Dylan’s masterpiece Blood On The Tracks, performed in sequence from start to finish. The second half will be a compelling mix of Bob Dylan classics.

Released in January 1975, Blood On The Tracks  has long been regarded by fans and Dylanologists as one of the Bard’s greatest albums. “This is an album alternately bitter, sorrowful, regretful, and peaceful, easily the closest he ever came to wearing his emotions on his sleeve.” — All Music Guide

While Dylan has denied that the songs on the album are autobiographical, they were written in the midst of painful tensions with his then-wife Sara, who he would divorce a few years later.

Blood On The Tracks includes “Tangled Up In Blue,” “Idiot Wind,” “Shelter From The Storm” and the epic “Lily, Rosemary and the Jack of Hearts.”
